JT-E363E
Description
JT-E363E is a cresol novolac epoxy acrylate resin with narrow molecular weight dispersity that is designed for liquid solder resist of alkali development type. It properties include excellent chemical and thermal resistance, high gloss and high surface-hardness.
Application
It can be used in processes with low energy UV exposure and high linear resolution, and suitable for screen printing process.
