JT-E3775
Description
JT-E3775 is a modified epoxy acrylate resin used in the production of alkaline developer solder mask ink for flexible circuit boards (Flexible PCB). It features excellent flexibility, high resolution, high adhesion, heat resistance, high gloss, surface hardness, and high-speed UV hardening.
Application
Suitable for screen printing process and multilayer flexible printed circuit.
