Description
JT-E312DPM is a acrylic copolymer for liquid photoresist developed in alkaline aqueous solution, it has narrow molecular weight distribution. It features excellent sensitivity, high linear resolution and surface hardness.
Application
It can be used in processes with low energy UV exposure and high linear resolution, and suitable for screen printing process.
